Answer 17  is to guess grave #28 (coming from 20) based on: 

The riddle found in the text of 20:

At the end of the path. At the last word. But, at the starting line.There is nothing else left, but eternity.

The puzzle is easier to find if one runs the directions in reverse

• At the starting line: Use the first line of text
• At the last word: Use the last word in the line
• At the end of the path: Using the last letter in the last line of four graves spells the word path.

Design Choices: This is one of those checkpoint puzzles, establishing more difficulty, and seems noticeably more difficult than those before it. It is the start of some of the more obsure/riddle type puzzles. If the Knight puzzle to get here was too difficult, this headstone or the one on the mausoleum could incorporate a horse.

Level of Success/Changes: 0% success rate so far. Ideas to make it more apparent: Separate the 'there is nothing else left but eternity' from the other stanzas.  Second, end words of each lines with names that both begin and and with the associated letters: e.g. Pallap, Arosa, Tremont , Hannah.
