Answer 20  is to guess grave #18 (coming from 15) based on: 

Using the text on reverse: Mark out any card and any card adjacent to the following elements, leaving you with only the center card. One player flipped cards, another tapped, and I used counters when I was testing. One player had to look up to make sure adjacent didn't mean diagonal.

Don't bury me near:

• Winter- Winter on 31 and any winter months.
• Water - The Waters' graves, or Pond
• Churches - Graves with crosses
• Trees - The one tree
• Stars - Graves with stars on them

Design Choices: My wife got this one successfully, and said "Man, this person is picky!" Spoilers, if you didn't read my first post, I made it about her (she is picky). Many cards have repeating elements, so eventually you will turn over all cards except the middle one. I wanted this to be a "oh no..." moment for players. They may have looked at it from time to time, wondered why they needed to avoid him, might even be afraid of it, and now they have to engage the card to move forward. I was chasing a feeling/reveal with this one!
